The changes for this version

This version only contains a bug fix to the v1r8 version. This concerns the production of the dependency makefile fragment, which appeared to be wrong in some cases : it was not correctly updated in the cases where it was incomplete (eg when it is empty for any reason).

Also related with this problem, the cmt config command needed to remove the makefile fragments generated in the binary directory.

The fixes applied to this version will now be propagated to the development version (at CVS HEAD)
